The Riva Waterfalls near Bruneck/Alto Adigo are an impressive spectacle of nature. Standiing at the bottom of the falls one is overwhelmed by the beauty and the power of the masses of water rushing down. Yet, I was less interested in the total view of the falls but more in expressing the overwhelming loudness and brutal power of the falling water creating unique, ever-changing flows of colours, light and irreproducable shapes and patterns.
